Bonni Pomush is the second-ever CEO of Working Wardrobes, taking the reins in 2021. She is a dynamic leader known for her passion and commitment to serving the community and its diverse industries. With a master’s degree in family resources and human development, she brings over 25 years of leadership experience in government and nonprofits. Under Pomush’s leadership, Working Wardrobes has earned accolades for operational effectiveness and a positive workplace culture. She excels at fostering collaboration and creating win-win solutions, leading to success in securing funds and achieving national accreditation for centers. Despite facing challenges like a devastating fire and the pandemic, Pomush has guided the organization to serve thousands of clients and receive recognition, including being named by the Orange County Business Journal as one of the “Best Places to Work.” Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
