She earned her M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa and has worked for global consumer products, pharmaceutical companies, and a fintech startup before joining Auction.com, the nation’s largest online auction real estate marketplace. Drum’s vast experience has been crucial in helping to build an inclusive culture and leading and inspiring Auction.com executives and more than 700 employees through the uncertainties of the pandemic. Her passion for community, volunteerism, and inspiring positive change in the lives of others is evident in her career and personal life accomplishments.
