Jena Minnick-Bull is the CEO and founder of the South Coast Conservatory & Dance Discovery Foundation. She is a passionate educator dedicated to changing lives through the lifelong benefits of performing arts. The deep connections created by dance and drama have enriched her life and the lives of many others, empowering them to become more confident, creative, and collaborative. Witnessing the positive impact on learners, performers, and teachers inspires her daily. Minnick-Bull’s biggest accomplishment includes successfully raising four incredible kids while owning her business for the past 22 years, which now has over 50 employees. Her efforts have earned notable awards, including Small Business of the Year in Orange County from the California State Assembly and being recognized as “Best of...” for 16 consecutive years by the City of Laguna Niguel. She takes pride in teaching in 40 public schools, providing access to performing arts for students with financial needs.
