Maureen Maloof, with a financial background and over 30 years of consulting experience, founded Uniforms For Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, driven by her passion to help children. Inspired by her travels to various countries and witnessing the challenges faced by underprivileged children, she decided to act. The organization provides school uniforms to children in need, enabling access to education, and breaking the cycle of poverty. With projects in multiple countries, including the United States, Uniforms For Hope collaborates with local communities to produce the uniforms, empowering women and benefitting entire communities. Maloof also educates Orange County students about global educational challenges, fostering empathy and support. The organization’s impact has been recognized in various media outlets, and through its work strives to bring hope and a brighter future to children facing extreme poverty.
