Founder of a firm with his namesake, Parag L. Amin founded his law firm out of a passion for protecting entrepreneurs, deeply influenced by his father’s struggles as a business owner. After immigrating from India, his father invested his life savings into a business, only to discover he had inherited unpaid sales taxes from the prior owner. Faced with the ultimatum of paying back hundreds of thousands of dollars or closing the business, Amin’s father chose to shut it down, giving up on his entrepreneurial dreams. Because of his efforts, he has been recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for eight consecutive years (2017-2025), a prestigious honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys based on peer evaluations.
