Amanda Eliasch has put her personal stamp on a West Hollywood home and listed it for $2.7 million.
Helping the Genlux magazine fashion editor sweat the details was interior designer of note Martyn Lawrence Bullard.
The contemporary, completed last year, features an open floor plan and disappearing walls of glass that open to a saltwater infinity swimming pool, lawn and a cabana. It’s quite a backdrop for neon art, a hot-pink baby grand and a matching pink settee.
The home includes a formal entry, two fireplaces, a breakfast bar, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and terrace space.
Eliasch, 53, is a poet-writer, screenwriter and film director. Her book of poetry is entitled “Cloak and Dagger Butterfly.” She directed, wrote, produced and stars in the 2013 documentary “The Gun, the Cake and the Butterfly.”
The property previously sold in May for $2.349 million.
Nancy Sill of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
