Husband-and-wife actors and noted home flippers Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Pays have climbed to new heights with their latest project.

The couple recently restored and updated a classic Midcentury home on a hillside in the San Fernando Valley. Up for sale at $1.549 million, the 1949 home is reached by a private and winding drive and has walls of windows centered on the urban plain of the San Fernando Valley.

Pairing classic details with a clean modern vibe, white-walled interiors feature handsome beams, original brickwork and walls of built-ins. An updated kitchen dressed in gray-hued cabinetry and subway tile flows seamlessly into an open living room with a fireplace. A dining room with bi-folding glass doors sits off the living area.

Elsewhere, a wall of clerestory windows wraps an office with a separate entrance. The master suite has a brick fireplace and a skylight-topped bath for a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Outdoors, mature oaks provide a natural canopy to a wide deck and flagstone patio. Around the corner, a cascading fountain feature marks the entrance to the home.

They bought the house last year for $1.275 million. Max Nelson of The Agency holds the new listing.

Interior designer Pays, 56, has reprised her role as Dr. Tina McGee on the CW series “The Flash.” She starred in the original 1990s “Flash” series.

Bernsen, 61, gained famed as attorney Arnold Becker on the 1986-94 series “L.A. Law” and starred in the “Major League” films. He appeared on “Psych” throughout its 2006-14 run.
