Caitlyn Jenner’s onetime home in Calabasas fetches $2.35 million
A Calabasas home once owned by television personalities Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner has sold for $2.351 million.
The Mediterranean in gated Calabasas Park came to market on June 1, the very same day Jenner, formerly known as Bruce, revealed her new name on the cover of Vanity Fair. Property records show Jenner owned the approximately 4,600-square-foot house with then-wife Kris from 2004 to 2006.
Built in 2000, the two-story home has a vaulted entry, hardwood floors and detailed molding and wainscoting throughout.
Common areas include formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a center-island kitchen and a bonus room with built-in bookshelves. The master suite has one of three fireplaces for a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The approximately three-quarter-acre lot contains covered patios, a swimming pool with a spa and a horseshoe pit. Elsewhere on the grounds is a three-car garage.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars, who divorced in 2014, bought the house in 2004 for $1.765 million and sold it two years later for $2.425 million. Caitlyn now resides in Malibu, while Kris makes her home in gated Hidden Hills.
Daniel McNamee of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Lisa Moriarty of Rodeo Realty represented the buyer.
