Actor Cheyenne Jackson and his husband, actor turned entrepreneur Jason Landau, have sold their home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.035 million and bought another in the area for $3.55 million.

The house they sold was built in 1952 and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and about 1,770 square feet of living space. Described as an “urban oasis” in the listing notes, the single-story house features designer finishes, ebony wood floors and walls of built-ins.

A living room, a dining room and a breakfast nook are among living spaces. Expansive decking, with a retractable canopy and a fire pit, creates additional living space outside.

The one-third-acre property listed for sale in November for $2.088 million and sold in just over a month. Sam Jacobson of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent. Blair H. Chang of the Agency represented the buyer.

Their new spot sits on more than an acre of grounds with eucalyptus trees, a small vineyard and sweeping canyon views.

At the heart of the gated property is a 1955 ranch-style house with vaulted and beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and a brick fireplace in the living room. The master suite is outfitted with a private patio. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in about 2,500 square feet of space.

Formal gardens, a koi pond and a guest house make up the grounds.

Sharona Alperin of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Sam Jacobson represented the buyers.

Jackson, 42, was a character on “Glee” in 2010 and 2011 and the sitcom “30 Rock” from 2009-2012. More recently, he has appeared on the show “American Horror Story.” Among his stage credits, which include on and off-Broadway shows, are “All Shook Up,” “Xanadu” and “The Performers.”
