Singer Elle King settles on a three-story spot in the Hollywood Hills
Elle King has found something to love in Hollywood Hills West. The singer-songwriter recently paid $1.72 million, or $20,000 over the original asking price, for a Mediterranean-style home in the area, records show.
The roughly 3,500-square-foot house has plenty of details that demand attention. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the living room and decorative marble panels in the dining room are among features of note. In the center-island kitchen, the countertops are a vibrant rain forest green.
Counting the master suite, which features a balcony and walk-in closet, there are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
French doors open to two different decks, providing plenty of space for entertaining in the tiered backyard.
Denise Rosner of Keller Williams Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Jeffrey Billinger of The Hills Premier Realty represented King.
The house last traded hands in 2015 for $1.662 million, records show.
The 28-year-old King received two Grammy nominations in 2016 for her song “Ex’s & Oh’s,” a single from her debut album, “Love Stuff.” She’s the daughter of actor-comedian Rob Schneider.
