Former Charger Quentin Jammer catches a buyer for San Diego home
Quentin Jammer, the defensive back who spent more than a decade with the San Diego Chargers, has sold his home in a gated San Diego community for $1.455 million.
The Tuscan-style house, built in 2002, features a remodeled kitchen with two islands, an office/den and a game room in more than 5,200 square feet of living space. The master suite has two sitting areas and a custom walk-in closet for a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Glass-paneled doors open to a entertainer’s patio with a built-in barbecue and a two-way fireplace. Waterfall and fire features line the swimming pool and spa. A three-car garage also sits on the approximately three-quarter-acre grounds.
Jammer bought the house in 2013 for $1.45 million, records show.
Eileen Anderson of Willis Allen Real Estate was the listing agent. Xiojing Chen of RE/MAX Associates represented the buyer.
Jammer, 37, was a defensive fixture for the Chargers during much of his tenure with the team, making 161 starts across 11 seasons. The Texas Longhorns alum last played for the Denver Broncos in 2013.
