“Everybody Loves Raymond” star Ray Romano has sold a home in a gated Woodland Hills community for $1.025 million.

Built in 1997, the single-story house has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a family room with a fireplace. An open living/dining area, kitchen with a small island and a den also lie within nearly 2,700 square feet of interior space.

The master suite has a sliding glass door that opens to a covered patio. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in all.

Outdoors, mature trees and hedges provide cover for a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall feature. A gazebo and a fire pit sit off the pool, and a large lawn fills out the rear of the roughly half-acre grounds.
