During a weekly COVID-19 briefing, California Gov. Gavin Newsom responded to a reporter on whether he lost credibility for not following his own COVID-19 guidelines when he and his wife dined unmasked and shoulder to shoulder with 10 other people in a private semi-enclosed room at a high-end restaurant in Napa Valley.
