The former secretary of State posed for pics with Britney Spears during a campaign stop Thursday in Las Vegas, where the "Oops, I Did It Again" singer has a residency at Planet Hollywood.
"Being in Vegas for #PieceOfMe is amazing for so many reasons...," the singer said in an Instagram post that went up late that night. "Especially today... because I had the incredible opportunity to meet @HillaryClinton!! Such an inspiration and beautiful voice for women around the world!!! This woman had an intense presence and I felt very honored to meet her!!!

As with many things involving presidential hopefuls, there was a tiny bit of controversy. It seems Spears initially used the hashtag #ImWithHer in the caption — Jezebel has a screen grab — but proceeded to curb her enthusiasm and on second thought nuked the maybe-endorsement.
