Girl on Fire? More like Girl Who Keeps Falling. Jennifer Lawrence had another red carpet spill, this time at “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2” premiere in Madrid on Tuesday.

Clad in a flowing black Ralph Lauren gown, the film’s star tripped on the drapey fabric and plunged backward onto the ground as her handlers tried to shield the fall and help her back up.

But unlike after her previous falls, the goofy 25-year-old didn’t pop up right away. Nope, it appears that she was caught on the fabric and had a difficult time getting herself vertical again. But when she did, she gave a triumphant wave and moved along.

As she continued her promenade, the Oscar winner was photographed looking as if she was warning costar Josh Hutcherson to stay away from the back of her train. And for good reason too.

“Mockingjay - Part 2” producer Nina Jacobson later confirmed the incident to a fan on Twitter and said that Lawrence was OK and “she’s used to it.”

It’s Lawrence’s third major tumble in public. The actress infamously fell on the stairs at the 2013 Academy Awards when she was making her way to the stage to accept her supporting actress Oscar for “Silver Linings Playbook.” Last year, she tripped over a cone as she made her way out of her limo and onto the Oscars red carpet.

May the red carpet be ever in her favor ...
