Mariah Carey got hit with a bad flu this week but still plans to perform at a holiday concert Saturday.

“Unfortunately, Mariah had been feeling under the weather with the flu over the past few days and was fighting it to the best of her abilities,” her rep told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday. “She is doing well now and will be performing as scheduled this weekend. She thanks her lambs for the continued support and well wishes.”

The “Infinity” songstress was taken to a New York hospital early Wednesday morning, according to TMZ, and given intravenous fluids and vitamins to offset the illness. Reports on Wednesday said she was making a steady recovery and could even be released later in the day.

However, her team did not explicitly comment Thursday on hospitalization reports.

The 45-year-old was reportedly suffering from extreme dehydration when she woke up Wednesday morning, Gossip Cop said, and that’s when her team supposedly rushed her to the hospital. On Tuesday night, Carey made an appearance at a Pier 1 Imports pop-up shop, which was being touted on her Twitter account around the time news of her illness broke.

“Went to the #pier1popup party, now I’m feeling festive and ready to decorate for [Christmas] #sp,” the tweet said.

Carey was reportedly set to bank $300,000 for the hourlong appearance, according to the New York Daily News.

The five-time Grammy Award winner, who has been promoting her Hallmark Channel movie “A Christmas Melody,” is slated to appear at Hot 97’s massive “Hot for the Holidays” concert in New Jersey on Saturday, and it sounds like the show will go on.

In May, the mother of two had to cancel one of her Las Vegas “#1 to Infinity” shows just one week into her Caesars Palace residency after a case of bronchitis.
