Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell has been in the public eye for over five decades. Here’s a look back at some notable moments in her career.

Mitchell was one of the stars who performed at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa for American Indian activist Leonard Peltier, who was convicted of killing two FBI agents.
