After an incarceration stint and the brick of his rock album “Rebirth,” Lil Wayne is trying to reclaim his Greatest Rapper Alive mantle with actual, you know, rapping. Shrine Expo Center, 655 Jefferson Blvd., L.A. 8 p.m. Fri. $100.
