Mexican singer-songwriter Leonel García is the one to beat at this year’s Latin Grammys.

With six nods, García leads the nominations for the 2015 awards, the Latin Recording Academy announced Wednesday morning.

García hasn’t been up for a Latin Grammy since his days as a member of Latin pop-R&B duo Sin Bandera (they scored two awards before disbanding in 2007 to pursue solo careers). The folk-pop singer is up for record of the year and best singer-songwriter album for “Amor Futuro.”
