Willow Smith wants Brad Pitt to play ‘Annie’s’ Daddy Warbucks
Talk about typecasting! Willow Smith says there’s only one guy she wants to play her adoptive father, Daddy Warbucks, in the upcoming “Annie” remake.
“Brad Pitt!” she told “Access Hollywood” of the actor, whose brood of six kids includes three adopted children.
Smith, whose father, Will Smith, is producing the “Annie” reboot with Jay-Z, played coy when pressed for additional details about the film, however.
“We’re just going to have to wait for that!” she said. “You’re just going to have to wait.”
According to Deadline.com, however, audiences might be in for some seriously cool production numbers: “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy is reportedly being eyed to direct the movie. Hmm? how about Coach Sue as mean Miss Hannigan?
