So You Think You Can Dance The top eight dancers perform, and one will be sent home in this new two-hour episode of the unscripted competition. Paula Abdul, Jason Derulo, Nigel Lythgoe and Maddie Ziegler are the judges, and Cat Deeley hosts. 8 p.m. Fox
Cupcake Wars Yvette Nicole Brown, Brooke Burke-Charvet, Carson Kressley and Vanessa Marano share a “knight” to remember as they compete to prove which of them deserves to have their cupcakes featured at a party celebrating the 30th anniversary of Medieval Times, the dinner-and-tournament attraction. Medieval Times cast members Lou Klein and Julie McCurdie join Florian Bellanger and Elizabeth Chambers to help select the winner. 8 p.m. Food
The Fosters Lena (Sherri Saum) uncovers major secrets that her father and Brandon (Bruce Davison, David Lambert) have been keeping. 8 p.m. Freeform
Cake Wars One of the most popular, action-packed video games in the world, “Halo,” is being celebrated at an upcoming party, and four bakers compete to see which of their confections will be selected as the centerpiece for that event. 9 p.m. Food
Guilt Natalie (Emily Tremaine) begins to doubt Grace’s (Daisy Head) innocence for the first time as the case against her sister piles up, especially after Bruno (Cristian Solimeno) shows her a tape of Grace planting evidence. Billy Zane also stars. 9 p.m. Freeform
Devious Maids Marisol (Ana Ortiz) learns a secret from Genevieve’s (Susan Lucci) past that could hold a clue to Peri’s killer. 9 p.m. Lifetime
Rizzoli & Isles On the morning that Jane (Angie Harmon) is supposed to testify in a murder trial, she discovers that a key piece of evidence has been stolen. 9 p.m. TNT
Running Wild With Bear Grylls Nick Jonas tackles the Sierra Nevada mountains with Grylls in the season premiere of the celebrity survival series. 10 p.m. NBC
POV A longtime fixture on the New York fashion scene, Iris Apfel is the subject of one of the last documentaries made by Albert Maysles (“Grey Gardens,” “Gimme Shelter”). 10 p.m. KOCE
The Making of the Mob: Chicago This new episode revisits the infamous “St. Valentine’s Day Massacre,” the 1929 bloodbath in a Chicago garage that Al Capone orchestrated to assert his power over his enemies. In response, President Herbert Hoover dispatched crime fighter Elliot Ness to take on the gangster. 10 p.m. AMC
UnReal Rachel (Shiri Appleby) hatches a scheme as Coleman (Michael Rady) pressures her to help him destroy Quinn (Constance Zimmer) in this new episode. 10 p.m. Lifetime
Major Crimes After a bloody shootout at a towing yard leaves three victims dead, Sharon (Mary McDonnell) and her team scramble to find a mentally unstable man who has a big bag of guns and a long list of people against whom he has grievances. 10 p.m. TNT
