19 Kids and Counting The Duggars return for a new season. 9 p.m. TLC
The Mindy Project The sitcom about the obstetrician (Mindy Kaling) whose personal travails belie her professional successes returns for its second season. Chris Messina, Ed Weeks and Ike Barinholtz also star. 9:30 p.m. Fox
