Taco Tuesday or not, sometimes nothing beats a great taco. So we’ve compiled 11 of our favorite recipes, from Guerrilla Tacos chef/owner Wes Avila’s sweet potato tacos with leeks and almond salsa (pictured) to tacos revolving around shrimp, halibut, duck and a range of vegetarian options. We even include chef John Sedlar’s pastrami tacos. Trust us, they’re pretty amazing.
