NoMad food truck brings the fancy to L.A.’s comfort foods
Chef Daniel Humm of the NoMad in New York is plying Los Angeles with luxury versions of casual food. Available at the NoMad food truck is the Humm dog, which is wrapped in bacon and served with black truffle mayonnaise and celery relish.
