Avalon nightclub offers up several areas to socialize in while the music pumps from massive speakers above. The Hollywood club on Vine St. across the street from the Capitol Records building attracts a throng of clubbers to the weekly “Avaland” dance party, which draws between 500 and 2,500 techno and house music fanatics every Saturday night (often until 4 a.m.).
