Scenes from ‘Tiny: Streetwise Revisited’
Mary Ellen Mark, who passed away in May, was renowned as a documentary photographer for her striking images, which conveyed drama and intimacy. Beginning in 1983 — into the final years of her life — she chronicled the story of Erin “Tiny” Blackwell a troubled young woman she captured growing into adulthood. The entire three-decade project is collected in the forthcoming book “Tiny: Streetwise Revisited,” published by Aperture.
