First Round
DIVISION I

Michael Randolph scored both goals for visiting Ayala (14-5-5).
Bell Gardens 5, Highland 0
Five different players scored for host Bell Gardens (15-4-3).
Damien 4, Ontario 0
Keeper Steve Trojanowski had five saves and recorded his 15th shutout this season and Kenny Horne had two goals to lead host Damien (25-2-2) past Ontario (6-13-3).
Diamond Ranch 2, El Toro 1
Dennis Ankrah scored the game-winning in the 50th minute to lift host and No. 3-seeded Diamond Ranch (19-3-3). Andy Rodriguez scored one goal in the 20th minute, tying the score, 1-1, for Diamond Ranch. El Toro finished 11-7-3.
Edison 1, Bishop Montgomery 0
Jarred Baldas redirected a cross from Ed Cholakian for the game-winning goal in the 65th minute to lead host and second-seeded Edison (21-2). Goalkeeper John Timoti had four saves for Edison. Goalkeeper Miguel Benitez had eight saves for Bishop Montgomery (8-9-3).
Esperanza 3, Redlands 0
Esperanza is 19-4-3.
Fountain Valley 1, Trabuco Hills 0
Joe Baker scored the game-winning goal in the 60th minute and keeper Trent Painter had five saves for host Fountain Valley (18-4-3).
Mater Dei 2, Long Beach Poly 1 (2 OT)
Chris Dunckel tapped the ball past Long Beach Poly goalkeeper Nate Smith with seven minutes left in the 20-minute sudden-death overtime period to give the visiting Monarchs the victory.
Mater Dei (13-2-6), which will play Quartz Hill in the second round Tuesday, took a 1-0 lead 10 minutes into the second half when Matt Murphy blasted a left-footed shot past Smith from 20 yards out. But Poly (14-5-3), the Moore League co-champion with Long Beach Cabrillo, tied the score with a minute left in regulation play when Tomer Knoweiki scored on a penalty kick that beat goalkeeper Corey Kelly.
Kelly, a sophomore, was in goal because starting goalkeeper Jesse Forsythe had been issued a yellow card for pushing Tomer in the back as a ball was lofted into the penalty area.
Mater Dei, the third-place finisher in the Serra League, appeared to score a goal 10 minutes into the first overtime period when Murphy hooked the ball into the net off a left-footed corner kick. But the linesman did not signal a goal and the ball was quickly cleared by a Poly defender.

Palmdale 3, Montebello 2 (OT)
Juan Ambriz scored in the 16th minute of overtime on a free kick for Palmdale (21-6-5). John Rodriguez and Jaime Hernandez also scored for Palmdale.
Quartz Hill 3, Eisenhower 2
El Shaddai Bent scored three goals for host Quartz Hill (17-6-1).
Rancho Cucamonga 2, Capistrano Valley 1 (2 OT)
Lorenzo Loson scored both goals, including the game-winner in the 118th minute of sudden-death overtime, to lift visiting Rancho Cucamonga (17-3-4). Goalkeeper Josh Basquez had six saves for Rancho Cucamonga. Daniel Chiose scored in the fourth minute for Capistrano Valley, which led, 1-0, at halftime. Loson answered in the 45th minute to tie the game, 1-1. Goalkeeper Pablo Medina recorded 10 saves for Capistrano Valley. Rancho Cucamonga will play Santa Margarita Tuesday in the second round.
Redlands East Valley 4, Chino 1
Junior Marcus Griffin and senior Phillip Schaeter each scored two goals to lead host Redlands East Valley (21-2-2). Chino falls to 9-9-2.
Santa Margarita 1, Long Beach Cabrillo 0 (OT)
Andrew Sinderhoff scored the game-winner off a deflection from six yards out in the fifth minute of the first 10-minute overtime for host Santa Margarita (15-5-4), which lost to Cabrillo, 3-0, in the third-place game of the Marina tournament earlier this season. Jeff Azaula had seven saves in goal for the Eagles. Armando Alvarado had 16 saves for Cabrillo (21-5-1).
Servite 3, Long Beach Wilson 2 (OT)
Chris Pontius scored two goals for Servite (19-8-2), including the game-winner 14 minutes into overtime. Long Beach Wilson, the defending Division I champion, finished 10-9-2.
Upland 4, Millikan 0
Jon Gunser, Jon Tinjaca, Aaron Borja and Tommy Marks scored for host Upland (19-3-3).
DIVISION II
Calabasas 1, Santa Barbara 0 (2 OT)
Warren Doyle scored the game-winning goal five minutes into sudden-death overtime to lead visiting Calabasas (17-4-5) over second-seeded Santa Barbara (21-3-3).
Chaparral 2, Woodbridge 1
Brian Burg scored both goals to lift host Chaparral (12-9-2). Chaparral was down, 1-0, early in the first half, came back to tie it by halftime and then scored the game-winner with 20 minutes left in the game. Goalkeeper Casey Pradmore recorded 11 saves for Chaparral. Woodbridge finished 13-3-2.
Loyola 3, Foothill 0
Andreas Andrews had one goal and one assist to lead host Loyola (23-4-3). Foothill finished 13-10-4.
Newport Harbor 3, El Dorado 0
Joel Walker scored two goals and Will Guzman had two assists to lead host Newport Harbor (15-6).
Peninsula 2, Royal 2 (Peninsula advances on penalty kicks, 3-1)
Jorge Martinez converted the game-winning penalty kick, Stathis Sakellariadis had a goal and an assist and Dylan Byrne had a goal for visiting Peninsula (11-9-6), which will play the San Marcos/Hart winner Tuesday in the second round. Royal finished 21-3-4.
Riverside Poly 2, Northwood 0
Joel Mojica and Sammy Ochoa each had a goal and keeper Gilbert Diaz had four saves and recorded his 10th shutout this season for host Riverside Poly (20-4-2). Riverside Poly will play Chaparral on Tuesday in the second round.
Santa Monica 1, Chaminade 0
Carlos Lopez scored a goal in the eighth minute and keeper Ari Zlotows had five saves to preserve the lead and record his 12th shutout this season for host Santa Monica (20-2-4), which has won eight consecutive games.
St. Francis 2, Saugus 1
Chris Hertz and Jeff Buddenbohn scored a goal each for host St. Francis (23-5-1), which is the defending Division II co-champion.
Tesoro 1, West Torrance 0 (OT)
Adam Holstein scored his first goal of the year in the seventh minute of overtime and keeper Brian Perk had 12 saves and recorded his seventh shutout this season for visiting Tesoro (13-5-5).
Thousand Oaks 2, Leuzinger 1
Miguel Morales and Dylan Riley scored for host Thousand Oaks (23-3-3).
Valley View 2, Temecula Valley 1
Maximo Calderon scored both goals and Raul Torres made six saves in goal for Valley View (16-5-2), which defeated Temecula Valley on the road for the second time this season.
Westlake 1, Brea Olinda 0
Israel Higuera scored on an assist from Justin Barmasse with five minutes to play for Westlake (16-7-2).
Villa Park 4, Temescal Canyon 0
DIVISION III
Garey 4, La Sierra 0
Victor Portillo and Fernando Guerra each had a goal and an assist and goalie Edgar Chavez had six saves to lead Garey (22-2-1) over visiting La Sierra (10-9-5).
La Habra 2, Pasadena 1 (2 OT)
Matt Roos scored the game-winner for La Habra (16-4-2) in the 14th minute of sudden-death overtime. Jose Jaramillo scored La Habra’s other goal. Pasadena finished 17-3-4.
Nogales 3, Bonita 2 (OT)
Anthony Avila scored two goals, including the game-winner on a header in the eighth minute of overtime for host Nogales (15-10).
South Torrance 4, Atascadero 0
Masahiro Kaneda scored in the 11th minute and Kyle Schmid had a goal and an assist for host South Torrance (16-3-7). Atascadero is 9-7-4.
Walnut 3, El Rancho 1
Travis Esquivel, Juin Chiang and Ryan Rowley each had a goal for host Walnut (19-6-1), which trailed, 1-0, at the half. Pablo Sanchez scored for El Rancho.
DIVISION IV
Cathedral 2, Inglewood 0
Keeper Moises Lopez had seven saves and recorded his 11th shutout of the year to lead host Cathedral (17-1-1) past Inglewood (13-8-2).
Century 4, Paloma Valley 0
Xavier Perez and Ivan Ruiz each had two goals for Century (17-5-1), which held Paloma Valley to one shot for the game.
Colton 3, West Valley 2
Seth Diggs had two goals and Emanuel Castillo added a goal to put Colton up, 3-0, at Loma Linda University.
Culver City 4, Monrovia 2 (OT)
Albert Racca had two goals, Warren Takashima scored the go-ahead goal in the 12th minute of overtime and Jimmy Villasenor sealed the victory with a goal for Culver City (16-6-3). The game was tied, 1-1, at the half and, 2-2, at the end of regulation.
Ganesha 2, Norte Vista 1 (OT)
Jaime Valdivia scored the game-winning goal in the 99th minute for Ganesha (23-1), which got on the board when Hector Quevedo scored in the 65th minute. Norte Vista tied the game in the 76th minute. Ganesha outshot Norte Vista, 14-4.
Indio 3, Bishop Amat 0
Adrian Aceves scored two goals to lead host Indio (16-3-4).
King 2, Western 0
Alfonso Vera scored from 30 yards out in the 70th minute and Justin Cook added a goal in the 76th minute for host King (18-4-4). Western finished 9-9-2.
Lompoc 4, Temple City 3
Rafael Yelo-Baeza score two goals, including the deciding goal in the 77th minute, for visiting Lompoc. Dante Bruno-Lopez scored two goals for Temple City (11-7-3).
Rio Mesa 3, Redondo 2
Kyle Emerson scored with an assist from Lance Yamashita in the 53rd minute and Jay Palmer scored from 40 yards off a rebound of a corner kick in the 70th minute to tie the score at 2-2 for Redondo (10-13-1), but Rio Mesa (18-2-0) scored with a minute to play to win at Rio Mesa. Goalkeeper Jaime Sutachan had five saves for Redondo. Emerson finished the season with 11 goals. Palmer finished with three goals.
Santa Ana Valley 5, San Gorgonio 0
Elmer Vega and Luis Alvarez each scored two goals for Santa Ana Valley (15-10-2). San Gorgonio finished 12-9-3.
Santa Maria 4, Oxnard Pacifica 2
Four different players scored for host Santa Maria (20-3-1). Pacifica finishes at 18-4.
DIVISION V
Paraclete 2, St. Genevieve 0
Steve Roth and D.J. Vigil each scored one goal to lead host and No. 1-seeded Paraclete (18-5-4), which led, 2-0, at halftime and outshot St. Genevieve, 19-2. Goalkeeper Kyle Burkhardt had his 17th shutout of the season for Paraclete.
Salesian 5, Garden Grove 1
Defender Mike Padilla had one goal and one assist to lift host Salesian (19-3-2), which led 4-1 at halftime. Salesian will play Pasadena Poly Tuesday in the second round.
Silverado 2, Sultana 1 (OT)
Sweeper Jimi Gleason scored the game-winning goal with three minutes left in overtime for host Silverado (11-6-2). Trevor Welday had Silverado’s first goal.
Village Christian 1, La Salle 0
Robert Salamanca scored the game-winning goal in the 65th minute off an assist from Ryan Longoria to lift host Village Christian (10-7-4). Starter Gino Buccola for La Salle (6-14-2) was tackled in the 25th minute, knocking him out and causing a 30-minute game delay as the two teams waited for an ambulance. Goalkeeper freshamn Andy Saldana had seven saves for La Salle.
Webb 6, San Jacinto 1
Chris Waddell had 17 saves, Alex Greening had three goals and Chris Oakley, Michael Nuss and Bart Bleick each scored for visiting Webb (8-3-1). San Jacinto is 17-4-1.
Pasadena Poly 5, Santa Paula 0
DIVISION VI
Mary Star 1, Murrieta Calvary Chapel 0
Richard Duran scored in the fourth minute and Shane Rossi had five saves for host Mary Star (13-5-5).
Ontario Christian 12, Gardena Serra 1
Brent Vander Eyk had four goals and two assists to lift host and No. 1-seeded Ontario Christian (16-5-3), which led, 7-1, at halftime.
Santa Clarita Christian 9, Rolling Hills Prep 2
Kyle Doty scored three goals and Orlandi Pena and James Richardson each added two for visiting Santa Clarita Christian (8-7-1).
St. Bernard 1, Sage Hill 0
Geovany Hernandez scored in the 15th minute with an assist from Mike Harb to lead St. Bernard (7-7-6) at Sage Hill (11-6).Hernandez, who returned to action two weeks ago after missing most of the season with a broken left ankle, has three goals on the year.
St. Bonaventure 1, Oakwood 0
Brandon Canterbury scored in the 33rd minute of the first half and keeper Matt Davis had eight saves and recorded his 12th shutout this season for host St. Bonaventure (16-2-3).
St. Margaret’s 4, Bermuda Dunes Desert Christian 1
J.P. Sutro had two goals and Scott Edgcomb and Drake Vlautin each had a goal to lead St. Margaret’s (15-5-2) over visiting Bermuda Dunes Desert Christian (9-5-1). Yoshi Yoshikawa scored the only goal for Desert Christian midway through the second half. St. Margaret’s led, 3-0, at halftime.
Thacher 3, Desert 2 (OT)
Austin Pollet scored the winning goal in the 13th minute of overtime for host Thacher (11-1-1).
Whittier Christian 0, Fairmont 0 (Whittier Christian advances on penalty kicks, 1-0)
Whittier Christian improved to 10-8-1. Fairmont Prep finished 10-3-2.
Woodcrest Christian 2, Aquinas 1 (OT)
Nolan Chandler scored the game-winning goal in the ninth minute of overtime for host Woodcrest Christian (20-4-1).

Muir (11-6-3) will play at Arroyo Grande Friday in the first round. La Serna ends 9-10-2. The game was tied, 1-1, at halftime.
Santa Ana 2, Katella 0
Gustavo Silva scored in the 18th minute and Karim Yhamel capped the victory with a goal in the final minute of play to lift visiting Santa Ana (16-10), which got 12 saves from goalie Ray Flores. The Saints will play a first-round game at Artesia on Friday. Keeper Edin Gonzalez made two saves for Katella (10-5-4).
DIVISION IV
Lompoc 3, Camarillo 2 (OT)
Lompoc advances on a shootout and will play at Temple City on Friday in the first round.

Josh Moskowitz and Oren Gabriel each had a goal to lead host Oak Park (7-10-5) past Cate (8-7-1). Oak Park plays at Rosamond Friday in the first round.

Alex Mandel had four goals and James Winston added two goals for visiting Oakwood. Granada Hills Hillcrest Christian is 8-6-2.

Ryan Bedard scored two goals and had one assist and Andreas Robichaux added one goal to lead visiting Oxford Academy (8-7-3). Downey Calvary Chapel finished 5-10.
