Lancaster: In the Dec.19 Section A, an article about racial integration in Lancaster implied that Lancaster was more populous and larger than Long Beach. It is not. The sentence should have said that the portions of Lancaster where black-white integration is substantial are larger and more populous than similar areas in Long Beach.
Holiday travel crush: A caption in the Dec. 24 Section A describing the scene as a family prepared to depart Los Angeles International Airport on a holiday trip misspelled family member Hailey Reyes’ first name as Bailey.
