Northbound 710 near Cesar Chavez reopens after accident
An accident on the northbound 710 Freeway closed all lanes just north of Cesar Chavez Avenue for two hours early Friday, the CHP said.
A CHP dispatcher said the accident involved an overturned SUV and occurred about 2 a.m. The lanes were closed until 4 a.m. Traffic was diverted onto Cesar Chavez.
