FORT WORTH, Texas — In a story Oct. 4, The Associated Press reported that K&L Gates represents Duke Energy Corp. The story should have made clear that while the law firm represents Duke on some matters, it did not represent the company in a lawsuit over the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
