Editorial: Figuring out California’s 17 ballot propositions: Here are the L.A. Times’ endorsements

Californians haven’t faced this many state propositions on a single ballot since 2000. There are 17 measures altogether, including a referendum on the plastic bag ban passed two years ago.

Some of the propositions will be easy for voters to find information about; others, not so much. The Times’ editorial board did extensive research and reporting on the measures before coming up with recommendations. Here they are with links to the full editorials.
