Re “Thomas Cassidy, longtime classical announcer,” Obituary, Nov. 13
Thomas Cassidy was the absolute master of his craft.
As someone once said, if you could see him (on the radio), he would probably be wearing a tux. He introduced the recording and then played it.
He read the gas company’s commercials and that was it. There’ll never be another.
