No Square Theatre in Laguna Beach is slated to kick off the year with “Broadway Bombs Away” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
Founding board member Saif Eddin is the concert’s director, while Los Angeles-based Rufino Cabang is its narrator.
The 14-person cast includes Laguna Beach High School juniors Bailey Jaeger and Brooke Borges, Arts Commissioner Pat Kollenda and artist Ron Dier. Tunes such as “Come Rain or Come Shine” and “I’ll Be Seeing You” will be performed.
The production takes place in the historic Legion Hall, 384 Legion St., and free parking is available at nearby Laguna Beach High School. Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door; seating is limited. For more information, visit https://www.nosquare.org or call (949) 715-0333.

The Laguna Beach Arts Commission is accepting applications from Orange County residents for the 12th annual “Art That’s Small at City Hall” exhibition through March 11.
The artwork, at 12 inches or smaller, must be delivered to City Hall between 9 and 11 a.m. March 15.
The Arts Commission is also on the lookout for artists interested in opportunities for creating public art, including a police memorial sculpture.
