Pet of the Week
Anthony is a 10-month-old tabby and white kitten who was raised by Community Animal Network, adopted and recently returned for unbecoming behavior.
Since his arrival back in the network, Anthony has been an absolute delight. He knows the command to jump on a lap and uses a lot of eye contact to indicate trust and an eagerness to have his soft fur petted. And he gets along with dogs too.
He is still being snubbed by the other household cats, but his new sidekick has become the foster family’s dog, Duncan.
It certainly is interesting that one home can have problems with an animal and another home have none. The popular cable show “The Cat From Hell” offers a lot of insight, training people to better manage their homes and their cats.

The animals need costly medicines to keep them well. Toward that end, the network is asking for help in raising $800 to purchase needed veterinary supplies like Lantis insulin. Donate to Community Animal Network, P.O. Box 8662, Newport Beach, CA 92658, memo, “Help Local Animals,” Tax ID 33-0971560.
