COSTA MESA
* Enterprise Street: Police received a report of vandalism to property
in the 3000 block at 5:23 a.m. Thursday.
* Golf Course Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 1000 block at
3:14 p.m. Thursday.
* Newport Boulevard: Police responded to a disturbance caused by loud
music in the 1000 block at 11:53 p.m. Thursday.
* Tustin Avenue: A resident reported a person trespassing on private
property in the 2000 block at 9:50 a.m. Thursday.
NEWPORT BEACH:
* West Bay Avenue: A resident told police that someone had stolen
three bird detractors from a 24-foot, 1978 Searay boat, a loss of $250,
while it was moored to a dock near the 700 block at 4:05 p.m. Friday.
* Flagship Road: Someone allegedly obtained a $300 department store
gift certificate via the Internet illegally by using the credit card
information of a resident in the 400 block at 3:45 p.m. Friday.
* Poinsettia Avenue: Three watches, one described as gold with a white
face and three inset diamonds, were reportedly stolen from the cabinet of
a bed headboard while a resident was moving into a home in the 600 block
at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
