Boys’ basketball: Sierra Canyon, Bishop Montgomery travel to Massachusetts

Sierra Canyon and Bishop Montgomery are playing in back to back games at the Hoop Hall Classic in Massachusetts on Monday. It will be a busy time for the assistant coaches who might want to scout each other for a possible meeting in the Southern Section Open Division playoffs.
Both schools have only one loss.
Bishop Montgomery will play Florida Montverde Academy.
Sierra Canyon will play Indiana La Lumiere.
It will be a chance for California prep basketball to show its strength in a national setting.
Locally, Village Christian, LACES and Riverside King will be among the schools hosting Martin Luther King Day action.
