Football: Chaminade’s Bar Milo has slimmed down to 280 pounds
There might not be a lineman in better shape right now than Chaminade’s Bar Milo. Last season he played at 310 pounds. Coach Ed Croson said Milo, who stands 6 feet 6, is down to 280 pounds after spending most of July getting into shape and playing for the 19U U.S. national team that traveled to Kuwait.
“He looks good,” Croson said.
Milo should be one of the top offensive linemen in Southern California this fall. He’s also going to play some defense.
