Football: Diego Rivera pulled from playoffs after failing to exchange video

Los Angeles Diego Rivera (5-5) was selected for the City Section Division III football playoffs as a No. 12 seed, but the school was removed after no representative appeared at the City Section office in Sun Valley by 1 p.m. on Saturday to exchange video, as required by City Section rules.
When reached by phone, Coach D’Andre Collins said, “Nobody showed up.” He declined to comment when asked if he was aware of the rule, then hung up.
