Football: It’s a Valencia-Hart rematch in Northern Division final
It will be an all-Foothill League final in the Northern Division championship game next Friday after Valencia and Hart cruised to semifinal victories.
Valencia defeated Foothill foe Saugus, 45-8. Connor Wigenroth had five touchdowns in Hart’s 42-7 win over West Torrance.
Valencia defeated Hart, 24-19, when the two teams met in league play on Nov. 1.
But Valencia will be without perhaps its best player, defensive back-receiver Jay Jay Wilson. He was ejected from Friday’s win, which means he’ll miss the championship game.
