Football: Sophomore Keyshawn Johnson Jr. is leaving Mission Viejo
After catching one pass in Mission Viejo’s season opener last week, sophomore Keyshawn Johnson Jr. announced via Twitter that he would be transferring for academic reasons.
Johnson’s father served as an assistant coach last season for the Diablos.
Johnson Jr. enrolled at Santa Margarita on Wednesday.
He’d have to move to be eligible immediately.
