Softball: View Park Prep wins City Section title in first year having team

In its first year fielding a softball team, View Park Prep has won a City Section championship.

View Park won the Division IV championship with a 5-2 victory over Vaughn on Saturday at Cal State Dominguez Hills.

Janell Brown struck out 14 to lead the Knights.
