Mo Williams is returning to Cleveland, where he spent two-plus seasons before he was traded to the Clippers last season for Baron Davis. Williams was an All-Star with Cleveland in 2009. Cavaliers rookie point guard Kyrie Irving easily is the top rookie in the NBA, averaging 18.0 points and 5.1 assists.
