TIMES’ FIRST TEAM
OFFENSE:
QB: Johnny Stanton, Santa Margarita, 6-3, 200, junior — No one improved more from the first game to the last than Stanton, who rushed for 1,520 yards and 25 touchdowns and passed for 2,439 yards and 13 touchdowns.
RB: De’Jon Coleman, Arleta, 5-10, 175, senior — Coleman set a City Section record for most touchdowns in a season with 47. He rushed for 2,029 yards and also started at free safety for the East Valley League champions.
RB: Robert Lewis, South East, 5-10, 155, senior — In leading the Jaguars to the City Section Division II title, Lewis rushed for 2,023 yards and 30 touchdowns. He also had five interceptions.
WR: Bryce Treggs, St. John Bosco, 6-0, 171, senior — The always reliable Treggs caught 70 passes for 1,377 yards and 11 touchdowns, averaging nearly 20 yards per catch. He is committed to California.
WR: Kenny Lawler, Upland, 6-3, 185, senior — He made leaping catches and tough catches all season, finishing with 53 receptions for 1,267 yards and 12 touchdowns.
WR: Darreus Rogers, Carson, 6-2, 195, senior — The USC-bound Rogers was a marked man all season. He helped lead the Colts to the City Section Division I final, using his leaping skills, strength and versatility to make big catches and big plays.
OL: Keith Ramljak, Westlake, 6-4, 265, senior — He was the offensive lineman of the year in the Marmonte League and Ventura County.
OL: Jordan Simmons, Crespi, 6-5, 335, senior — The USC commit was the Serra League lineman of the year. He is known for his athleticism and strength.
OL: Kyle Murphy, San Clemente, 6-7, 285, senior — Murphy was a dominant blocker in the South Coast League and during the Pac-5 playoffs.
OL: Max Tuerk, Santa Margarita, 6-6, 295, senior — Bound for USC, Tuerk has been a two-year standout at tackle, helping lead the Eagles to the Pac-5 championship.
OL: Colby Cyburt, Mission Viejo, 6-5, 265, senior — The Diablos relied on their offensive line all season, and Cyburt was the enforcer, opening holes for the running backs that led to a South Coast League title.
K: Alex Ball, Westlake, 6-3, 210, senior — He made 19 field goals and sent 90 of 107 kickoffs into the end zone for touchbacks.
DEFENSE:
DL: Kylie Fitts, Redlands East Valley, 6-4, 251, junior — Fitts contributed 81/2 sacks and 79 tackles on one of the best defenses in the Inland Empire.
DL: Justin Solis, Westlake, 6-3, 295, senior — Solis was a big obstacle in the middle of Westlake’s defense, recording 101 tackles and seven sacks.
DL: Kyle DeVaughn, Alemany, 5-11, 265, senior — The Serra League most valuable player had 35 unassisted tackles, including eight sacks. He also played every down on offense for the Serra League champions.
DL: Jeremiah Allison, Dorsey, 6-1, 210, senior — Allison was the most prolific pass rusher in school history, contributing 23 sacks this season and 63 in his career.
LB: Aaron Porter, La Habra, 6-2, 235, senior — The UCLA commit had 21 tackles for losses, including 111/2 sacks. He made two interceptions and finished with 172 tackles.
LB: Su’a Cravens, Vista Murrieta, 6-3, 210, junior — Whether making sacks, covering receivers or taking down running backs, Cravens was finding ways to contribute anywhere and everywhere.
LB: Butch Pauu, Servite, 5-11, 220, senior — His toughness and instincts were second to none. He started 42 consecutive varsity games over three years and won two Pac-5 titles.
B: Dashon Hunt, Westlake, 5-9, 175, junior — The two-way standout had six interceptions, including two returned for touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,274 yards and 18 touchdowns.
B: Ishmael Adams, Oaks Christian, 5-10, 185, senior — With speed, agility and toughness, Adams was a cornerback who could be counted on to stop big-time receivers. He also contributed as a running back.
B: Gabe Marks, Venice, 5-11, 175, senior — The versatile Marks had four interceptions and was the City Section Division I defensive player of the year. He also caught 64 passes and 10 touchdowns.
B: Christian Tober, San Clemente, 5-9, 175, senior — Whether covering receivers, returning punts, catching passes or blocking field goals, Tober was making an impact for the Pac-5 finalists.
Punter: Conrad Ukropina, Loyola, 6-1, 165, senior — He averaged a school-record 43 yards on 25 punts, with a long of 68 yards.
