Leonard Williams is top pick in NFL mock draft
Five USC players have been selected as the top pick in the NFL draft.
Trojans defensive lineman Leonard Williams could make six.
Williams is No. 1 in ESPN Insider Todd McShay’s latest mock draft.
McShay wrote that Williams, who is 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, has a “complete game” and has been playing to his potential.
Williams has 38 tackles, including four sacks, and has intercepted a pass and forced a fumble.
The NFL draft is April 30, 2015, in Chicago.
The USC players selected No. 1: offensive lineman Ron Yary in 1968; running back O.J. Simpson (1969); running back Ricky Bell (1977); receiver Keyshawn Johnson (1996), and quarterback Carson Palmer (2003).
