National park photo ops: These dreamy Yosemite falls deserve a tripod
Lower Chilnualna Falls is in Yosemite National Park‘s Wawona area. The trailhead is at the end of Chilnualna Road.
After a brief, mellow hike with a slight incline, the beautiful little waterfall is an easy picture with or without a tripod. I used a tripod and a cable release with a slow shutter speed of 1.6 seconds, and the aperture set at f/14. The long shutter speed makes the water look sort of dreamy.
