Walk one of Europe’s most unspoiled coastal routes in northwest Spain
Explore one of the last unspoiled coastlines of Europe on a 10-night walking tour that features sandy beaches, lonely capes and soaring cliffs on the Costa da Morte in northwest Spain.
On Foot Holidays, based in England, will begin offering the route in April.
The journey spans 124 miles along the coast in Galicia and is self-guided.
The route, sometimes called Lighthouse Way (Camino dos Faros), is dotted with fishing villages and thriving small ports. It begins in Malpica and ends in Finisterre near Santiago de Compostela. The closest airport is Madrid.
Dates: April and later
Price: From $1,107 per person, double occupancy. Includes 10 nights in bed and breakfast, luggage transfers, route notes and information pack. Shorter tours are available. International airfare not included.
