From Chantry Flats above Arcadia, a 1.8-mile trail leads to Sturtevant Falls, a 75-foot cascade that’s especially strong this spring. Hiker Jenny Dell of Scottsdale, Ariz., cohost with Troy Johnson of the Big Ten Network series “Campus Eats,” was rock-hopping.
