Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee
Amphibians star at this Angels Camp fair. The city inaugurated the frog jump, in the tradition of Mark Twain’s “The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County,” on Main Street in 1928.
