Once a year, the building is open for a special invitation-only “Tea and Tour” program, usually the last Saturday in July or first Saturday in August. The July 28, 2012, tour sold out within 20 minutes. You must be on the email list to be invited. Seven tours are offered on that day, limited to 25 people per tour. Cost is $60 for tour with lunch or high tea or $25 for the tour only.

Parts of the Cocoanut Grove nightclub were preserved when it was converted into a 582-seat theater, and the teachers lounge occupies the site of Ambassador coffee shop. With six schools on the campus, the operations department advised that the school is closed to tourists. They hope to offer tours in the future.
