Our favorite Prescott, Ariz., lodging is Rocamadour, hidden in the Granite Dells north of the city. The owners originally operated a large chalet in southern France (“Rocamadour” means “lover of rock” in old French) and have infused their B&B with antiques from that chalet. For a mix of cultures, try the Suite Amerique. The full breakfast is second to none, and prices are very reasonable. Three guest rooms from $149, including tax.
